The free event, held at the Tupelo Farmers Market on South Spring Street, will take place from 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. At 10 a.m., one lucky child will win a bicycle donated by Toys-R-Us. The costume contest will begin at 10:30 a.m. and award prizes for the top three costumes.
The first fifty children to register will receive a goody bag. Late season fruits and vegetables will be available for sale from local vendors as well as homemade baked goods, canned goods, and fall decorations.
